We all have different style for everything in life, different values, different goals, but we all do have something in common. We all want to be healthy & happy.
It starts from the head. Exactly from there. From out head.
As a human being we have experience. That experience can be great, good and bad. Sometimes very good and sometimes very bad. What we've been thought in life is how to do things that the society expects us to do. Finish the school, be as good as you can be, do what your parents expect you to be, a good behaved kid. Then you have to find a job to earn and to pay your bills. Then to find a "perfect" partner and to have kids. And then to be a "great parent" etc. In all that there is a pressure to look perfect and to be a perfect role model to our kids. We all know what we need to do.
But what we didn't learn is HOW to look after ourselves. For me that is the most crucial thing to know in life. How to HANDLE life. How to MANAGE feelings and THOUGHTS. How to use exercise for our thoughts when we feel we can't get that life shit anymore.
That is what someone should teach us first. How to look after ourselves.
I see so often how much people struggle with weight loss. They WANT IT SO BADLY but they just can't do it. There is something in their head that is stopping them to get the most annoying thing DONE!
Because there is so much life shit in their life that is just too much for them. They simply have too much things going on in themselves and how to overcome that is go back to BASICS. Go back to the BEGINNING.
In every single one of us there is a reason why you can't progress. And before we start killing ourselves with guilt that we are not going anywhere, we should find the reason WHY we are not going anywhere.
First when we cope with that reason, then everything else will fall in its place.
Weight loss is easy. If you are in the right state of mind for it.
We all know what we need to do. Eat healthy, exercise more, drink more water. But actually is not that simple.....
