We all have different style for everything in life, different values, different goals, but we all do have something in common. We all want to be healthy & happy.
When you find something you love, everything seems so much easier to do. Time seems to be organised so much better, as everything needs to be done so you have time to do what you love.
When love and passion are the part of our life, life is effortless.
Love is moving and inspiring, when we love, we grow, glow, dance, jump, run, laugh loud, and we can't wait to jump out of bed every morning when we are in love.
I am so glad/happy/excited that brazilian jiu jitsu came into my life.
In the past 3 months, I have missed only 3 sessions (1st I couldn't be bothered and decided to sit on the sofa and feel miserable, 2nd couldn't make on time from Peterborough and 3rd one I had interview with a client straight afterwards and have chosen not to go (I regret this one for not going - but lesson learnt)).
Jiu jitsu has given me feeling that my body is so capable and what is the best for my mind, it gave me an idea that no matter when you feel you are stuck in the corner - you just have to find your way out.
Physical demand of this sport is just as motivational and challenging for me, that gives me crazy hunger for becoming fitter, not to look better and leaner, but to be stronger to overcome an opponent and to last longer in sparring.
I also want to compete as soon as I get a green light from the coach, which will give me that ultimate feeling of happiness - getting out of comfort zone to be better, to do better each move, to up my skills and to learn something new each day.
When you find something you love, you commit your time and soul to make it happen.
Never give up looking for that spark in your life. If you have lost your mojo for fitness and eating well, maybe you need to try different things and find something that is motivational and inspiring.
If you have been training with someone for awhile and you feel you are not improving, maybe that is just not for you. Change it. Try new things. Let life excites you, rather then accepting everything that comes your way.
You are the one who is choosing.
It is your life and your own happiness.
