We all have different style for everything in life, different values, different goals, but we all do have something in common. We all want to be healthy & happy.
I guess any single one of us has the list of priorities. Organised people have all written in their busy diaries and they are checking them from time to time, deleting old ones and adding new ones. Many of us (counting here myself) know what are our priorities and we just live how we feel like with a certain direction and focus what we want to do today, tomorrow and in near future. We are mostly focus on things (like to get amazing deal on our favourite bag, shoes or dress on great sale etc.) or to give the best we can in job we are doing at the moment, or we are focusing to make other people happy AND some people live day by day with no priorities. Which version do you practise every day? These priorities create our life every day. Did you think sometimes about putting yourself as the priority today? How often do you look in the mirror and say how amazing you are doing in your life and how amazing you are? I guess this doesn't happen that often because we put everyone and everything on the first place and we stay the last in the cue to get our turn to become to ourselves a priority.
For years I tried to understand why I never felt good about myself and why I was never completely happy. Thanks to years of being involved in process of living and meeting so many different people showed me my weaknesses on which ones I worked to become my strengths, all my fears I used to face them and I felt amazing after that seeing that those fears were just there to put me off to turn away and give up. I've seen and experienced when you start to think about yourself a bit more you become more respected and "wanted" in any part of your life, even if I'm talking about private life, friends, work environment. Being less confident brings you walls between you and people. Those walls seem to grow if you do nothing about it and when you want those walls to disappear they are suddenly too big to jump over them and then you get depressed feeling it's too late to do something about it..... It's never too late. If you need help with getting your confidence back, give me a shout and I will be there for you... I've been there, tried and I found my way of getting it back. I love the confidence. I love the feeling what confidence gives you. That gives you power to change your World, to change your daily routines into days that you look forward to wake up and see what that day will bring you as you will have no more fear to ask for better and happier today.
The hardest is to stand up and walk. I guess you would ask me to walk where? Just walk forward. Never put your head down (like I needed on the Russian airport as I've been told to), be proud of who you are, put yourself as a priority today and tomorrow, if you don't have confidence face your fears, the name says they are there just to scare you, but they don't exist at all, just like fairy-tales and Santa Claus.
My Tenerife Fitness Retreat is just about priorities. It's about you coming back to those happy days when everything was focused on game, sport, fun and the sun. This is not going to be like other Fitness Retreats that you can find on the internet or in brochures. My idea is to help you to connect mind, internal feelings and body in the same time. Tenerife as location is chosen because I was living there before moving to the UK and I know how beneficial is climate, beach, sun and how strong impact on you can make wonderful sunrises and sunsets.
