We all have different style for everything in life, different values, different goals, but we all do have something in common. We all want to be healthy & happy.
If someone asks you today how much do you love yourself? If you take few minutes to think what your answers will be? The truth is we are living in a World where everything seems unreal. Too many plastic surgeries that you don't even recognise people and you forget how they even looked before all the things they've done, to all photoshoped pictures in magazines, social media etc. We lost the idea what the real world looks like.
I am a mum. My real world is that sometimes I don't have time to think about myself. I am only thinking about to get that wipe and wipe my childrens snotty nose, oh the house smells, they've made a poo, let's change nappy, she is screaming, oh it must be a nap time, quickly make a bottle, take her to bed to have a nap etc. It comes a mid day that by coincidence I pass the mirror and just have a quick look and I just noticed that I look like I didn't look myself in the mirror for ages as I look like a total mess. Time for exercise? I DO have time for exercise, but mentally I have to be there to lie down on the floor and do couple of bits and bobs to keep my body sort of on track. Do I feel guilty? I don't.
It is not selfish to want to have time for yourself. It is a NECESSARY NEED. You need time for yourself. Time to look after your well-being, time to nourish your thoughts with positive wibes, time to care about your health, because without it we wouldn't be able to enjoy our present.
When you see my body, you can just see my shell. You can see me smiling but you don't know if I am happy or not. You can judge my look or you can just put the thumbs up. No matter what others think, I am in the process of life. A lifetime long journey. Journey of ups and downs, struggles, victories, learned lessons and revised mistakes. Not a single mistake I've made was for nothing. It made me grown, it made me to learn that no matter what I will continue to make mistakes and sometimes it will make me feel uncomfortable but it won't stop me living and enjoying the process of a lifetime journey. I like who I am. I accepted that I am crazy sometimes and moody, that I like things to me on my way, but I also learned to respect others and to value their thoughts and the more people I help to grow in their own journey, I will feel I achieved my tropheys. No one has to say thank you. I will have my own satisfaction of knowing that you have to give and make others grow next to you.
You should focus on yourself. On your own growth. Look after your thoughts and your health. Keep moving, not just to do exercise, but be active. Body is designed to move. That positive feeling you get after exercise let it be your motivation when you don't want to get up off sofa and go to do your workout. Think how great you feel when you do it and let food be your doctor. Use food to give you energy rather then sucking your energy out.
And at the end. Never care what other people think. They don't know what your potential is. They don't know what you are hiding deep inside you. They don't know how much passion you have for things you love. The only thing you should do is........ Love yourself. Discover what you, your body and your mind can do together! You can do impossible things. You can do things you can't even dream that they could be possibly be real! If you ever have a thought that you would like to do, trust me, your mind is sending you signals that you have to believe that you can do it. There is no obsticle that you can't pass over. Determination to keep going will take you anywhere. To the most beatiful destinations of your goals and dreams. Believe. Love. Care about Yourself. Then life starts to have a meaning and then you can deliver more to yourself and others.
