We all have different style for everything in life, different values, different goals, but we all do have something in common. We all want to be healthy & happy.
We spend most of our life disliking our bodies. We constantly try to feel less worth it, try to find disadvantages and we constantly feed our mind how we don't deserve happiness.
Let's turn that around today, and from tomorrow. Let's talk about our favourite parts. What do you LOVE about your body? Do you like the shape of your hands, nails, do you like your eyes, every time you see them in the mirror you love the colour and shape? Do you like the way your voice sounds? The skin tone? Do you like your curves or some specific body part? Or is there is something about your personality that you know is making such a big difference?
When I was younger, my mum always was brainwashing me and now I am so grateful for that as it changed my perception of who I am and who I want to become. She always told me, look can help in life, but it won't make any difference if I don't have knowledge and independence, and plus if I don't care about myself. She never let me to look down to myself and she was my biggest support to never doubt and to love myself for who I am and for all the qualities I've got. As a teenager I literally hated my nose and my bigger thighs. But how much is that important? How much those 2 parts of my body changed my life? Not at all. Now I don't even notice it. What it did change my life drastically was my knowledge and with knowledge I had confidence. I know many people who look perfect and have perfect bodies, but they don't see themselves that way.
Now I want you to think so well about yourself. You are not allowed to think "I hate this, I hate that. I need to lose this much weight or I need to get a plastic surgery to love this part of my body". You just have to think which part of you, your personality and the body you like. And think about it for the whole day and you will see there is so much more about you then just beating yourself to be or to look specific way.
The way forward is to accept yourself of who you are and not to be scared to be different. They always called me weird, I've been bullied in school because I couldn't fit in, but all until one day I realised that only I know my way, what I love, what I don't like and the only me could decide what my path I s going to be. Why it should be any different with you? You have people you love, people you care about, their opinions and their friendship. The rest of the world is irrelevant.
