We all have different style for everything in life, different values, different goals, but we all do have something in common. We all want to be healthy & happy.
Oh what a year this has been! From the highest points and excitements, to the deepest points of deepest depression and bad anxiety!
I have spent most of the past months re-thinking what has changed in me or in my life that is making such a powerful impact on me that I feel like I am drowning. I knew it was me, but I spent so much time trying to work out what is it! Where is the link and how can I fix myself and my thought process.
There has been a lot of thinking am I doing the right decision to stop something that has been my pleasure and so successful for nearly 4 years.
When I now look back, Leila was just few months old... I have never felt so lonely and isolated... My house became so tight that I had to find the way to get out and feel comfortable as mums & kids groups made me extremely uncomfortable.
This is a picture of my first ever class and my little Leila was that little baby on a green mat :) It was such an amazing journey! Training hundreds of mums and seeing babies grow to little toddlers and then following their journey to school.
I have created so many amazing friends and I wouldn't change this amazing experience! My kids have been coming for years and now Leila is still going strong as my little helper.
Mums & kids fitness classes have made me comfortable. They were my joy and comfort zone. Hearing from so many mums that they felt the same, made me feel calmer and more hopeful that happy days are just around the corner. I feel so blessed that I had this opportunity to meet so many amazing women and their little ones! I have got so many amazing little cuddles and I will never forget how you all made me feel!
Don't worry. I won't be going anywhere. I will still be here, standing strong and motivated to change my life upside down, as this is how I roll lol. I love challenges and when things seem impossible, that always give me drive to find a way and to make it work.
I want to focus more on my mission to change people's behaviour and to motivate and inspire them by showing them how easy that can be done. But first I have to do it myself. :)

If you have been coming to my classes, I would really love to tell you thank you! Thank you for all the support in the past few years and I hope you and your kids have benefited from coming to the classes, by encouraging you to get stronger and fitter to enjoy more chasing your kids and getting your confidence back after being pregnant.
