We all have different style for everything in life, different values, different goals, but we all do have something in common. We all want to be healthy & happy.
How often you have low energy, headaches, feeling low for no reason, bad moods, problems with sleeping and just feeling lethargic, bloated, digestion is not working properly, spotty face?
First ask yourself what do you eat. What is on your plate every single day? What kind of foods your body is craving? Sugar in all shape or form, salty foods, ready made meals, sugary drinks?
I know it's been a long time since I've been active on my website and facebook, but there was a very good reason for it. I was feeling very, very unwell since October and finally in the last couple of weeks I started to feel human again. Before shout it loud just would like to say that I wanted to keep this little secret for my near friends and family, but I guess I can't do it as it is so much to share.
You wouldn’t try to drive your car without any petrol, so, why would you make your body function without its fuel? Many people don’t realize the importance of breakfast; it really is the most important meal of your day!
After sleeping, your body is drained of its fuel sources, because it has fasted all night. In order to “wake” your body up, it must first be refueled .Breakfast gives your body the kick start it needs to function successfully all day long. By breaking up the word breakfast, you can find why it is such a critical meal; you need to break the fast. By not eating this meal, you are making yourself more tired and irritable.
Breakfast can make you happier and healthier! A healthy breakfast can benefit your mood, physical and mental performance, weight and health.
* Include protein and greens in your breakfast if you can. You must have some protein to fire your metabolism in the morning – be it eggs, smoked salmon, meat, cheese, milk or yoghurt. Eggs are particularly good, but don’t have them every day: be sure to enjoy a wide variety of protein.
* Ideally have a glass of slightly cooled boiled water with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice when you first wake up. This not only hydrates but also helps detox your system. You’ll notice a difference in your energy levels, skin and hair, and you’ll look less bloated. Another good option is a cup of green tea, or at the very least a glass of mineral water: have one by your bed and sip it as you get up.

Sunday July 1, 2012 for some people it was just an ordinary day. For me that was a day of purpose, pride and happiness. I knew I was the part of something great and I was greatful for that opportunity. I am one of four trainers from Cambridge and Newmarket Bootcamps and my role is to train women in Coldham's Common, Burwell and Newmarket. Thanks to Charlie Wall and her courage to push her dreams into the Women Only Bootcamps now I'm taking a pride to say that I'm the part of brilliant team who is spreading knowledge about nutrition, workouts and how you can always change no matter of the circumstances you are in.
The last Sunday we were in charge of the official pre warm up and the main warm up of the 5k Race for Life in Cambridge and we were absolutely amazed with 8.000 women who came to run or walk for someone who was touched by Cancer and directly donating money for Cancer Research.
Cambridge Bootcamps changed my life as I started to love spending time outdoors while is raining and snowing and I don't mind getting cold as I'm looking forward to every session to see my ladies that I'm training and seeing them I know we all together change our lives even if it's only a great workout or great laugh about random life situations.

I’m coming from the country where little bit of curves are cool ;) But I will help anyone who wants to be completely lean. I'm proud to say that Lisa lost in one month including Tenerife Retreat 15 pounds in total! I am very proud of her achievement!!
We did 2 workouts a day, we cooked every meal and we ate loads of great food. I can say that we were definitely not hungry!! We rested a lot – lying on sunbeds and went on long walks next to the ocean and we both felt amazing and fully recharged.
My idea of this Fitness Retreat is unique on the market as you will get tools and knowledge how to make healthy choices, how to cook and how to plan meals and food provided will be fresh from the local markets and the meat will be organic to so when you leave Tenerife you will couple of pounds lighter, but what is the most important you will KNOW how to do it at home as well. The food plan and recipe book will be provided before the trip so you will be ready to ROCK the WORLD when you get there!
The first day when we get there I will be taking measurements, pictures which will be the part of BEFORE and you will have a great opportunity to make a fantastic AFTER picture. The second day we will have a cooking workshop so you know how to prepare food for the whole week (preparation of meals will take between 5-30min), you will learn what to eat before and after workouts and during the week I will teach you how to do workouts on your own, importance of warm ups and stretches. You will connect your mind, soul and body and you will be inspired to spread the health trough your life and to inspire others to follow your steps.
The booking should be made with paying the initial deposit and you will be able to pay the whole Fitness Retreat in instalments so it will be so affordable and you can pay off all of it before Christmas and it will be something you will look forward to especially after Xmas overeating.

Every one of us is having our own life journeys. We all experience life changing moments, happy days, sad moments, over exciting events etc. But do we all manage to go through this journey on the same way? Of course not.
I will tell you my fitness journey... As a child I always remember my mum cooking the most amazing food and cakes. The food was so delicious that I was never able to control how much I was eating. I was one of those people who always have eaten while mum was cooking and I loved it! Especially while mum was baking!!! Oh that was an amazing! Licking all spoons, knifes, plates!
