We all have different style for everything in life, different values, different goals, but we all do have something in common. We all want to be healthy & happy.
Many of you will think straight away that I am a trainer and that I should be VERY FIT. Maybe I am, but I know that I am not training enough how much I would like and I hope that I will find time for myself and that my next Half Marathon is going to be this year.
I signed up for Cambridge Half Marathon the last year - I guess 6 months before the event and I really wanted to train for it properly. BUT. I had something else to do - to train others... How the event was coming closer I felt more panicked that I won't make it and then I just decided to let the fear go and I said to myself "you will make it" and I did. I never ran more then 10k, and I did the furthest run the last year for Adnams 10k in Southwold with time 58min and that was it. Did 2 more times 5k runs just to see how it is and I decided to "save my energy" for 13 miles.
